Lo cocinamos a fuego lento hasta que el arroz este tierno e iremos removiéndolo para evitar que el arroz se pegue en la olla o cacerola.
- Dependiendo del tipo de arroz y la temperatura de cocción, en 25 o 30 minutos más o menos el arroz estará listo. Cuando el arroz este tierno, sacamos la piel de limón y las ramas de canela, lo dejamos reposar unos minutos y lo pasamos a la fuente desde la cual lo vamos a servir. Por último lo dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente y después espolvoreamos la canela molida. Lo metemos en la nevera hasta el momento de servirlo.
