- Lo primero es poner a marinar la carne ya que se debe reposar de una hora a hora y media para que agarre sabor
- Marinado de la carne: En un recipiente ponemos toda la carne y la lavamos primero, después agregamos el jugo de 5 limones, dos cucharadas de sal, tres dientes de ajo molido, el orégano, el perejil, 2 cucharadas de salsa maggi, y al final la cerveza y se tapa y se deja reposar

- Coloca los cebollinos en la parrilla para que se asen lentamente
- Lava los nopales y realiza una ralladuras sobre el nopal para que se cosa mejor y colocarlo en la parrilla
- Cuando ya casi termines de asar la carne, prepara el guacamole, con 10 aguacates un cuarto de cebolla picada, 5 chiles serranos y un limón mezcla todo y bate el aguacate
- Pon a calentar los frijoles refritos para servirlos
- Pon todo lo elaborado en la mesa y a disfrutar con tortillas y una rica cerveza agua o refresco
