- 1 cucharada salsa de soja
- Para la salsa de manzana:
- 2 patatas medianas
- 2 manzanas reinetas
- 1 cucharadita azúcar (aprox.)
- 20 ml leche (aprox.)

- Salpimentamos el solomillo y espolvoreamos unas hierbas provenzales. Sellamos el solomillo en una sartén con un poco de aceite, hasta que se dore por todos lados. Sólo lo sellamos, ya que se terminará de hacer en el horno.
- Ponemos la masa de hojaldre, estirada y hacemos unos cortes laterales

Las troceamos y ponemos a cocer en una olla con un poco de agua, hasta que estén blandas. Una vez cocidas, las escurrimos y metemos en el vaso de la batidora. Agregamos un poco de azúcar y batimos, Echamos la leche y terminamos de batir. La consistencia, será la que nosotros queramos, Si nos gusta muy espeso, vamos viendo la cantidad de leche que le añadimos. Reservamos.
- Hacemos las setas: Las cortamos y salteamos en la misma sartén del solomillo. En una esquinita, echamos una cucharadita de harina y removemos, dejando que se tueste ligeramente. Echamos el vino, el brandy y la salsa de soja. Probamos la salsa y la vamos adaptando a nuestro gusto.Dejamos cocinar todo junto, hasta que la salsa se haya ligado.
