- Le agregamos los hongos cortaditos y un chorro de tomate puré si gustan, condimentamos con un poco de cúrcuma, pimienta, pimentón y lo dejamos 5 min más apagamos el fuego y le agregamos el pocillo de arroz que vamos a hervir aparte.
- Último paso rellenar los zapallitos y los llevamos al horno precalentado por 10 min le pueden agregar queso si quieren.
- Lo acompañé con unas papas con cáscara hervidas que corte por la mitad y las dore en el sartén con Romero tomillo, sal gruesa y pimentón.
