Dejar un poco al dente porque luego hasta que se enfría termina de hacerse, pero eso va en gustos...si veis que queda caldoso no os preocupéis, la leche de soja espesa bastantes al cocer y al enfriar el arroz tira mucho de ella. Si queda espeso añadir más leche.
