  5. Lavamos a la perfecci贸n las verdolagas y las dejamos reposar un buen rato en agua con microdin o cloro o desinfectante o yodo, lo que ustedes usen para desinfectar los vegetales
  6. Ya que la carne est谩 suave, poner a fre铆r con aceite al gusto a que se ponga doradita jeje, a mi se me pas贸 de dorada pero a煤n as铆 qued贸 muy buena
  7. Agregamos la salsa que reservamos anteriormente
  8. Agregamos un poco de agua extra usando lo que qued贸 en la licuadora
  9. Dejamos hervir durante unos 5 a 10 minutos moviendo de vez en cuando y agregamos las verdolagas previamente escurridas
  10. Y dejamos hervir con la tapa puesta unos 4 minutos y mover de vez en cuando.
  11. Checas que las verdolagas est茅n suaves y si le falt贸 sal en mi caso gracias a los cubos de ajo s贸lo le falt贸 una pizca extra
  12. Despu茅s la destapamos y dejemos que se evapore la salsa hasta que se empiecen a asomar los trozos de carne
  13. Apagamos el fuego y listo para comer servirnos caliente y podemos acompa帽ar con arroz
