  10. Verter la mezcla en los moldes con ayuda de una manga pastelera o una cuchara (llenar solo ¾ partes del molde).
  11. Hornear los panqués a 180ºC por 25 minutos o hasta que estén dorados y firmes.
  12. Retirarlos del horno y dejar enfriar para después desmoldarlos.
  13. Preparar la mermelada y las grajeas.
  14. Caliente la mermelada en el microondas o en una cacerola pequeña y barnice los panqués con ayuda de una brocha, posteriormente cúbralos con las grajeas.
