  2. Licuamos la cabeza de ajo junto con nuestro tomillo, sal y un poco de agua para as铆 poder agregarlo al pollo que estamos cociendo
  3. Ya que nuestro pollo est茅 bien cocido lo sacamos para que se enfr铆e y as铆 poder decebrarlo, mientras tanto preparamos la masa agreg谩ndole la manteca de cerdo y el fondo que result贸 de nuestro pollo, tambi茅n agregamos bastante sal pues al momento de la cocci贸n de esto el salado baja, debe quedar con una consistencia parecida a la siguiente
  4. Ponemos a cocer nuestros tomates para posteriormente licuarlos y fre铆r el pur茅 resultante de estos, cuando este est茅 hirviendo agregamos la pasta de mole y vamos agreg谩ndole poco a poco fondo de pollo hasta que todo est茅 bien disuelto (nuestro mole no tiene que quedar muy aguado pues son para tamales, en caso de que quede aguada podemos agregar un poco de pan molido hasta obtener la conciencia espesa que buscamos) cuando nuestro mole empiece a hervir ya esta
  5. Deshebramos nuestro pollo, este no tiene que quedar muy delgado
  6. ¡¡Es hora de hacer nuestros tamales!!
    Agarramos una hoja de ma铆z y en la parte onda de este agregamos un poco de masa y la expandimos, posteriormente agregamos un poco de mole y pollo desebrado, lo cerramos de modo que nuestra mezcla no salga
  7. Cuando ya tengamos nuestros tamales hechos, ponernos a hervir agua en nuestra vaporera para poder empezar a introducir nuestros tamales, ponemos una bolsa de platico en la parte superior de nuestra olla para que as铆 la cocci贸n se mejor
  8. Al paso de 1 hora o 1:30 horas nuestros tamales ya est谩n, le apagamos a nuestra flama y solo queda disfrutarlos con nuestros seres queridos
